Gifted Collaboration Selection Process 

We will review all applicants based on:

• Alignment with our brand values and audience 
• Quality and creativity of content 
• Engagement levels (not just follower count) 
• Previous collaborations and authenticity 

Due to the volume of interest, we may not be able to respond to everyone. Selected collaborators will be contacted via Instagram DM. If you are not selected within 4 weeks of expression of interest, we may keep your details on file for future opportunities.

Gifted Collaboration Terms & Conditions

Collaboration Type: Gifted PR Package 
Effective Date: 10th September 2025 

1. Overview

Thank you for your interest in collaborating with us! This document outlines the terms for our gifted collaboration. By accepting and receiving gifted products from us, you agree to the terms below.

2. What You’ll Receive

Each selected collaborator will receive: 

• A gifted PR package a selection of our skincare range. 
• A personalised discount code for you and/or your followers 
• The chance to be featured on our social media pages and stories

3. What We Ask From You

Minimum Required Deliverables:

• 1x Instagram / Tik Tok Feed Post (Image, Carousel, or Reel – video content preferred)
• 1x Instagram / Tik Tok Story (minimum one slide)

Timing:

• Content must be posted within 14 days of receiving your PR package 

Content Guidelines:

• Clearly show the gifted product in use as part of your self-care/beauty ritual 
• Tag @MgPiSkin in both post and story 
• Use the hashtags: #MgPiTribe #GiftedCollab #AD 
• Disclosure: In line with ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) guidance, posts must clearly and prominently include #AD at the beginning or within the first few lines of your caption or story. You may also include #gifted, but #AD is required.

4. Usage Rights

By participating in this collaboration, you grant MgPi Ltd permission to: 

• Share and repost your content on our Instagram, website, email newsletters, or other marketing platforms 
• Credit will be given to your handle unless otherwise requested 
• We will not edit your content without prior permission

5. Eligibility

To participate in this campaign, you must: 

• Be aged 18 or over
• Have a public Instagram profile
• Be following @MgPiSkin
• Ideally have over 1,000 followers, though all are welcome to apply

6. Selection Process

We are aiming to collaborate with up to 50 creators. Participants will be selected based on: 

• Alignment with our brand values and audience
• Content quality and creativity
• Engagement and authenticity
• Prior collaborations (if applicable)

We may not be able to respond to all applicants. If selected, we will contact you via Instagram DM.

7. No Monetary Payment

This is a gifted collaboration. No monetary payment will be made in exchange for content. Receiving the PR package implies agreement to these terms, including content expectations and disclosure.

8. Opt-Out / Cancellation 

If at any point you decide not to proceed with the collaboration, please let us know before posting. You are under no obligation to post if you have not accepted the PR package.

9. Additional Information

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
